We Are Back

Bud JeffriesMan am I excited! It’s amazing all the little things that go into putting a website together. I’m really glad we’re back up and running and can share with some of the incredible knowledge we’ve gained in the last year and a half. Business and internet-wise we spent that year and a half in a self-imposed exile. Solving old business problems and finding a new avenue for getting you the most powerful training information available. Personally and training-wise it’s been very busy and productive. In fact incredibly productive as you will soon see in the upcoming blogs, articles, pics and videos.

I’m also incredibly excited to be working in our new business set up. From now on any new products and any of our old products in their re-release will be published by Logan Christopher of Legendary Strength. That means – Thank God – that we don’t and won’t deal with the web issues, publishing, hassles, and all of the business side which will fall on Logan’s strong, energetic and capable shoulders. (What a plug) Logan’s a great guy who already has a ton of his own products out and does some incredible unique strongman feats as well. Such as lifting things by the hair which is most definitely out of my league. You’ll be hearing from him as well.

So what’s new, what’s coming and what should you expect to hear about?

Well we’re still going to bring you the best in information on how to get world-class strong as well as develop massive, powerful, functional muscles. But you’ll also hear about how to develop endurance that is beyond anything I previously thought we could approach. And I’m not joking around here I’m talking about world record type stuff.

You’ll also be hearing about how I dropped 100lbs of bodyweight yet still maintained my strength and muscle. Connected with that we’ll be talking more about diet and what I think is a unique approach to getting leaner and dropping weight in a still manly yet remarkably pain free way.

You’ll also be hearing about a number of the guys I’ve trained in the last year. Several active professional MMA Fighters and some of the amazing progress they’ve made. I’ll be giving you details on my personal kettlebell odyssey. As well as taking the swing to a place that I don’t know if anyone else has gone and reaping huge benefits from this endeavor.

In the next few weeks Logan and I will be hosting a series of teleseminars on training and featuring some of the world class coaches whom we will be announcing soon. There are also a couple of surprises both training and non-training related coming that I think you will be both pleased and amazed by.

We really thank you for visiting the site and we’re glad to be powering back into the strength and conditioning information world to help you get some incredible progress.

Stay tuned there’s some great stuff coming!

God bless,
Bud Jeffries

Good to see you back. Always enjoyed the articles and the twisted conditioning1 and 2 and the 50 points…. books. I keep reading and enjoying them. Just sad I never received the hardcopy of ma strength but you did send the ebook version. (Personally I would have loved the hard copy as it is easier to read than from a pc but it is great you did send the ebook so I still had someting and it had great contents). Look forward to read the great routines and articles again. Hope everything goes well and good luck. I will add this to my favourite lists again and keep checking it daily. Again welcome back Bud.
