Grip Conditioning Workout
Here’s a cool one that’s a version of grip training mixed with conditioning that I’ve been experimenting with.
100 plate/stair rows
150 bottoms up kettlebell cleans
200 pushups
150 one arm D-handle deadlifts
100 pinch grip deadlifts
You can do this by finishing each of the exercises individually or by going in a circuit or a mix of both. I [...]

Take one thing as far as you can – Part 2
This is the thought I originally intended to convey when I sat down to write these blog posts. It was really originally about the kettlebell training I’ve been doing in the last year and a half. Now if you’ve been reading here, you know I’m all about balance and variety. Have a [...]

Last Weeks Workouts
I thought I’d give you some samples of what I did in last week’s training. It’s a little unusual, but partly that’s the point. Right now I’m working out three to four times per week, but occasionally I adjust that to train for larger abilities. Let me explain:
In this particular series I [...]

A Big Goal Met For Me
Keeping constantly challenged by having a goal in your training is probably one of the most important lessons anyone can learn. It doesn’t always have to be the same goal, but to truly drive your training you need to have something you’re specifically working toward to keep you on track.
Not having a specific measurable [...]

1000 Sprawls
I got excited!
With the website being back up and training going very well I got jacked up the other night and decided to hammer some training. In the last year I’ve taken my conditioning to a whole new level. I’ll be explaining a lot of that to you in the next few weeks [...]
