Super Heavy Kettlebell Swings

There’ll be more on heavy kettlebell swings in the near future. Actually much more on the kettlebell swing in general. Not to mention how to build your own implement like the one you see here.

Tonight’s our first teleseminar in the Strongerman Series. If you haven’t signed up yet you can by clicking this link. Get on because I promise you one thing, there won’t be any fluff.

God bless,
Bud Jeffries

    Bud Jefferies,

Sir, I want to thank you for all the hard work and effort you put in. I discovered strongerman.com few years ago, and have enjoyed and benefited from your writings ever since. Twisted Conditioning in particular radically changed my training for the better, and I am still reaping the benefits. I am an officer in the US Military and physical fitness is a necessity to lead and serve the men in my unit. While I am a true strength enthusiast, I don’t have enough time to play around with everything I like. To have a high level athlete like yourself, willing to test different methods and techniques on yourself, is invaluable to me. It allows me to learn from your experiences and focus what little time I have to train on the most effective method for me. Thank you very much
Of all your methods though, your swing odyssey has really captured my attention. When I did a military seminar with Pavel, he spoke of how all you would need is the swing and the turkish get-up, though I confess like many A-type personalities I drifted towards the snatch. So once again, you have inspired me to try something different and I am very pleased with the results. I watched one of your videos on heavy swings and noticed you have an implement to do heavy swings, if you don’t mind me asking, how did you make that? I will probably be deploying soon, and that looks like something I would like to bring along.
Once again, thank you for all of your fantastic work.

    God Bless
    Lt Christopher Behm
