Next Date and Place of Seminar To-Be-Announced

What is the value of hands on learning?
What is the value of learning directly from men who are the best in their chosen fields?
What is it worth to avoid years of wasting your time?
What is it worth to achieve your physical goals?
What is it worth to learn the most unique and powerful physical training information available?

That is exactly what you have the chance to do with this seminar.

There has been much discussion lately about "value," in physical training information. Let me tell you what you're getting when you attend a seminar like this…

You're NOT paying simply to hear someone speak for a couple of hours worth of entertainment. What you're paying to hear is someone who's literally sweated and bled to gain the knowledge to be the top in their field, distill to you the techniques and programs that it took them years to learn and create in just a couple of hours.

When you want to learn something who do you go to?

You go to the guy who's been in the trenches. Who's done the work. You go to the guy who is on the cutting edge of his field. Not because he has some trendy, "here today, gone tomorrow," information, but the one who has not only the physical experience, but the head and heart to really communicate to you his information.

This is exactly what you'll get at this seminar. Two serious, world-class athletes and trainers who won't let you leave without learning, without growing and without challenging your limits and your imagination.

     ...About Bud

My name is Bud Jeffries and I'll tell you some reasons why should come see and hear my portion of this seminar. You see it's easy for me to tell you about Jeff, but if I tell you stuff about me, it comes across as conceited. So I'll tell you what some respected authorities in the iron game have said about me.

Pavel Tsatsouline, former Russian Special Forces trainer, the Father of the modern Kettlebell movement in America, master of sports, and whom Rolling Stone Magazine called, "…the hottest trainer of the year," has used the quote in his articles that…

"The heir to Paul Anderson, Bud Jeffries put the Progressive Movement Training back on the strength map."

And...

"In addition to his off the charts strength Bud Jeffries has other talents. His unique programs maximize different types of strength and endurance without compromise. He is a rare author whose work will equally benefit an experienced lifter and a 98-pound weakling ready to become a he-man. The former will learn unique applications and variations of classic exercises. The latter will learn the strength basics in their purest form."

Dennis Rogers is pound for pound the world's strongest man for the feats he performs. In fact he could probably drop the "pound for pound" thing because for the feats he performs, almost no one can touch him regardless of bodyweight. The most successful professional strongman of our times, and probably the last living link to the old time strength tradition, has said…

"Bud is one of two men who has a legitimate claim to the world's strongest natural man, and he definitely has the world's strongest legs, and is an innovator in the strength world."

I truly appreciate the compliments from those two brutally strong men. It would be hard for me to say that kind of thing about myself, but I can tell you some facts about what I've done. See to me all the training info in the world wouldn't make any difference if you didn't have some bona fide reality strength to back it up.

These are some of the feats I've performed all drug free, and all readily available on video.

  • Squat from the bottom position in a power rack (parallel) with a belt only - 1,000lbs
  • Repetition squat with the same set up - 700 x 15
  • Lift and carry a 500lb Husefelt shaped stone
  • Cleaned a 400lb log
  • Cleaned and pressed a 300lb barrel
  • Pressed a 200lb man overhead with one hand

These are just a few of the things that I've been blessed (or been nuts enough) to accomplish and experiment with.

There are other people who can do some of these feats, but what really separates my training style is being able to perform world class feats of strength along with world class endurance. Being able to literally perform thousands of reps of Hindu Squats and push ups, kettlebell exercises, club swinging, cable exercises, sledgehammers, etc.

If I've made a contribution to the Iron Game, what it has been is to help propagate drug free strength, and to combine strength and endurance training without conflict. To find a way to keep them from tearing each other down so that you can have the best of both worlds. The freak strength of a super heavy weight lifter and the unflagging endurance of the Iron man and combat athlete.

     Seminar Topics

So what are we going to talk about in this seminar?

I will be covering:
  • The building of strength and endurance together
  • The Three Levels of Conditioning
  • Alternative conditioning
  • The use of strongman and barbell training
  • How I use kettlebells in my training
  • Basic exercise form and program design
  • Strength for martial arts, etc.

We'll also conclude with answering questions for combining our training methods and helping you with your training problems. As time permits we'll do hands-on form correction and maybe, just maybe we'll put some lucky victim… er.. uh… volunteers through a live training session.

Now I'm not going to tell you, you won't be able to get this information anywhere else, because you can get some of it off of my website, but you can't get it in this live format. You can't get the knowledge that you can gain with live experience with either one of us in any other way. You just don't get the opportunity to stand face to face, see it demonstrated hands on and ask specific questions about your training. I don't know how you'd quantify the value of this, because you can't quantify the effort that I have spent to get this knowledge to be able to give it to you.

     Pricing

The normal price for this seminar is $200.00
