Scott Weech’s Determination

Last night we had our call with Scott Weech. Watch this video then keep reading.

What happened was Scott’s new squat suit threw him out of the groove which resulted in what could have been a very bad accident. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. But here’s the thing, Scott went right back and did another set after this. He didn’t even stop his workout!

His consistency is probably the one thing that has helped him more than any other to excel in powerlifting, strongman and now even Olympic lifting. Did you make the call last night? If not here’s some of what you missed:

  • Scott’s full program and how he works on major exercises like squats, deadlifts, overhead and bench pressing
  • How to go about flipping the mental switch which is key to big lifts
  • Stone training, yoke walks and grip training
  • And much more

If you want to listen to it now all you need is one buck. You’ll get access to those videos mentioned earlier and many, many more. Go sign up now.

God bless,
Bud Jeffries

i just want to say whats the point, the man looks like he might have a heart attack at any time and squat suit? why?kaz must look at these blokes and laugh that man[kaz]was and looked like a strongman and for my money still looks better,i love the old timers not the body builders other than a few exceptions like grimek, but the real strongmen like the saxon brothers, goerner, apollon, norberg etc.to me Arthur saxon was the strongest man who ever lived, that was real super strength, and he looked like an athelete.sorry for my rant.
