How effective is barrel lifting as a body strength conditioner?
Well as we made this tape, I performed every one of these lifts with a regular 150lb full keg, in over 100° weather, with over 90% humidity.
That’s well over 50 lifts, because several of the lifts are shown multiple times and ways, yet at the end of doing all of this, I was still able to lift the 400lb – 50 gallon barrel and the 300lb keg.
Tell me what other kind of training can give you that kind of strength and endurance. Sitting around in some spa sure ain’t gonna get it done.
