Hammers & Maces
This training was a favorite of the old time fighters as well as the ancient warriors. This tape is dedicated to building strength through swinging sledgehammers, long clubs or maces. Excellent for building striking and throwing power for martial arts as well as brutal work on the abs and total body conditioning. We’ll show different sledgehammer swinging exercises as well as some traditional exercises for the mace and heavier shovel type exercises using a loading bar.
