Noah Jeffries Pulls 1000 lbs.

Noah, my son, at 13 years old, 6ft. tall and 230 lbs does partials.

If a 13 year old can lift half a ton, why can’t you?

Get all the information on training with Partials here. For two more days only you’ll also receive the hour long Super Human Training Coaching Call where we dive even deeper into how to train using these partial movements with massive weights as a bonus.

Start doing partials now and shoot your strength through the roof.

God bless,
Bud Jeffries

    Bud,
    Totally awesome!!!
I love the way you approach heavy partials.
I also put the bar way high and just basically stand up while holding the weight.
I do this to make strength gains then my full range squat or deadlift goes way up.
I have always stood erect and held the weight for about 5 seconds before putting it down.
I see your “rack pull” method affords the opportunity to lift more, if only for a second.
    Can’t wait to try that.

Keep up the good work. Make sure Noah gets plenty of sleep.
    Aloha,
    Rich

Thanks you guys. He is crazy-strong. Yes we will be posting more vids.

Rich – Yeah it’s a slightly different approach to partials. Both approaches are completely valid and you should at times practice both. Some people dispute that but I find a lot of carry over to squats, deadlifts and general pick up anything that needs to be carried around whilst laughing and holding a Captain Morgan pose. Let me know how you go with trying it out.

    Bud
