I’ve been talking about kettlebells a lot here recently and for good reason. They’re great tools for building strength and endurance. You know about the large swing numbers I’ve been doing in my training. But sometimes I go in the other direction, using much more weight, well over 100 lbs. The problem is getting a super heavy kettlebell isn’t cheap. That is unless you make your own.
Enter the T handle kettlebell. Real easy to setup and then you can take your swings to the next level. Check out the new article for full details on how to make your own T Handle Kettlebell.

Got your email the other day about doing rest/pause during your kettlebell routine. I have never heard of it before but it funnily enough makes sense. Especially with the set out to complete what you have set out to do, no matter how long it takes or how many rest pauses you do. I am finding this great in achieving my goals. In the past I would set a target and most times not reach it, which would not leave me feeling very inspired. Now with the rest pause I am achieving my goal of x amount of reps which is satisfying even though I am doing a rest/pause. As you know nothing breeds success more than success. It really is a 100% mind game. Thanks Bud as you have given me a really important tool in my weight and strength training.
