You continue to be an inspiration. I remember your thoughtfulness in responding to an email of mine a while ago. I have also enjoyed the products I purchased from you.

I like the focus that your “swing” program requires and I will try to implement it – although at a more sane level!

    Hello my name is J.

I am about to start a kettlebell swing workout that the least has 300 swings in it. If I’m dieting cleanly brown rice, chicken, veggies, etc. What could I expect to happen?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
