Kettlebell Swing Workout

Hope you enjoyed the whole health and weight loss series. Now we’ve got another one for you.

This will be a short series, that is unless you want more. Here is the first of five workouts with the kettlebell swing.

There will be a couple more here on the site in the next week. But if you want a whole bunch more you’ll have to check out Super Human Training. Right now you can sign up for just a $1 trial. And you may want to do that right now. Let me tell you why.

There is too much information on that site! We’ve had a couple people quit because they were overloaded with all the hard hitting training information. So we’re shutting it down…temporarily. Need to take a little time to reorganize.
