And, we’re here to tell you about fat loss and real health. Real strength, real ability. Now, here’s something you need to know. Here’s the next tip in our series, here.
The relationship of food and health is absolutely, intimately intertwined. And, here’s one of the first things you need to do in changing the way you eat. Because, the way you eat, they way you live and the way you exercise is intimately tied to how much fat you have, how your health is, how your life is. All right? So, here’s the first tip on changing the way you eat.
Eat when you’re hungry. Some of the old time strongmen and the old time health gurus, who I learned a lot from on my journey towards fat loss and losing 100 pounds, talked a lot about this. And, they had their ten commandments of health. Almost every one of them said, this is something we lose today, in our modern translation of health. Eat when you’re hungry. Stop eating by the clock. Stop eating by somebody else’s schedule. Now, that frees you up.
That frees you up to think about food and experience real hunger, instead of I’ve got to eat at noon. You know, eat when you … and now, I understand people can’t do that schedule-wise. Maybe, you’ve got to change things around to create hunger at certain times. But, start eating when you’re hungry. You don’t think just the first time you think about having a HoHo, you’re hungry.
You’re only truly hungry when you want real food. Honest to god healthy food, all right? Start eating when you’re hungry. Learn what your real appetite, your real… because your body will guide you to health if you learn to pick out the signals. The first signal is to eat when you’re hungry. Not before, don’t screw around with snacks, don’t think you’ve got to eat 18 times a day. Experience that hunger then start eating.
