You have got to stop giving yourself excuses. I found accidentally or I lived with accidental excuse in that I was always a performance guy. I was a big lifter, I cared about being big, I was lifting that way. In doing that, I short circuited my own gain in fat loss because it wasn’t that particularly important to me.
But what I did with that is I gave myself excuse. You know what? You can be whatever you want to be. I don’t care. It’s all up to you. But you are better off in the long run healthwise and you will be, too. Don’t give yourself excuses. And that means okay, I’ve heard a million people say, “Oh, my hormones are out of whack”. Yeah, they might be. So what?
You still got to get the job done. I’m naturally big. So what? I’m naturally big but I got leaner too. You know, it is hard for me. I don’t have the time to get to it. I for to work. Listen, there is no valid excuse in the world if you literally want to do it. If you are honest with yourself, OK, you will come to that conclusion, too. With most people, if it is something they want to do badly enough, they will find a way.
Now, I’m not saying it wasn’t easy for me and it won’t be easy be for you. I’m not going to lie to you about that. It flat is not. But there are things you can do to make it easier. We’re going to explain and tell you those things in new products and stuff that come out. You have got to get over your excuses. You know what? You don’t have to go to every workout nine days a week, that kind of thing, but you got to get to the work outs.
You don’t have to eat every healthy thing they ever produced, but you have got to eat healthy. You don’t have to rest 19 hours a night or whatever. But you got to get some sleep now and then. You’ve got to drink some water. Even if you’re not used to it, don’t like it or whatever. You have got to stop giving yourself excuses.
For some of you, that may mean actually going to the doctor and getting checked out and say “Huh my hormones are out of whack.” But, a lot of it for most people, it’s just purely an excuse, because when they talk about that they do it with Doritos in their hands and that doesn’t work. Truthfulyl, if you want to get this done, you can get it done, but you got to cut the excuses out. We’ll help you along with the information. You do the work.
