Here’s what I’m trying to tell you, all right? You need this tip for health, fat loss, for super life, all right. You simply can not make yourself super healthy by eating alone. The body requires exercise.
Jack Lalanne, probably the fitness guru of all time, all right, said, “exercise is king, diet is queen, you put them together you have a kingdom.” All right. You can’t do it without both. You can not purely exercise yourself to health. There are few people who you’ll see that do the exercise, don’t diet they look great. There are a few people you see that they diet, they don’t exercise, they look great.
But looking great is not health. And most people know to put both of those together, you gone get real fat loss. OK. Just because you eat diet level, doesn’t make you healthy. You have to eat actual healthy food. Just because you exercise doesn’t make you healthy either. You have to be in control of your body composition. It has to be a combination of both. That was tough for me to realize. I know how it is. I didn’t love that, I hated that. So here’s what we’re going to do OK. You’ve got to realize that you have to have exercise as part of it.
Most people can not drop fat without exercise and won’t eat healthy. Health is a combination of being strong, the endurance, being pain free, having strong bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, your internal organs. You don’t get that just from the food. You’ve got to have that exercise to go along with it.
